Welcome to Scout’s Lookout where you will enjoy end of the road privacy in this warm and cozy cabin. Relax in the hot tub or on the deck and take in the majestic Smokey mountains and beautiful pasture views. Nantahala national forest is a short drive away where the whole family can enjoy hiking, kayaking, fishing, rafting and zip lining. The historical town of Andrews is only minutes away. You will more than likely be greeted by neighboring dogs, they are very friendly. The space Sit by the fire in this cozy living room and watch a movie or take in the amazing mountain and pasture views. Family dinners in the dining room surrounded with windows makes you feel like your eating in the woods at the top of the mountain. 2 cozy bedrooms have queen beds and one has an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. There is an additional full bathroom that is accessible from the living room. Upstairs is a large loft with a TV and work space as well as 2 twin beds. Guest access Please make yourself at home and enjoy the entire log cabin and it’s surrounding property. Please be aware of the steep property edges and be sure to supervise children. The road to the cabin is steep but it is paved and 4 wheel drive is not needed. There is ample space for parking. Other things to note Neighborhood dogs may arrive to greet you but they are friendly with people and will make their way home. No pets are allowed. Internet is available but up in the mountains, internet and cell service can sometimes be spotty.
