The space The main floor includes an open floor plan dining, kitchen and living area with fireplace and large seating area. The outdoor kitchen with grill, sink and patio dining area is accessed directly from the living area. The main floor also has a laundry room, a half bath, and a King Bedroom with en suite full bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Upstairs bedrooms include 2 Twin Rooms with 2 twin beds each (4 beds total; twin beds can be pushed together) and a huge Master suite, with bonus lounge/sleeping area and workspace. Other things to note FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why are you not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs? Our condo stays very busy all year round, often with back to back bookings. Our cleaning team is scheduled and sometimes maintenance activities are scheduled in advance within the 10- 4 pm window in-between guests. We need that time to allow for restocking, cleaning, laundry and ensuring that the home is ready for your arrival. If you do not comply with our check-out time, a late fee will be added to your stay. How far is this location to…? It is located at Magic Village Views, so map distance from there. Is there a bedroom on the first floor? Yes, please refer to the “Accessibility Features” on the listing which show step-free guest entrance, and first-floor bedroom and bathroom measurements. Do you offer any discounts? No, we don’t offer special discounts because our pricing is managed regularly and we believe that our pricing is competitive for the amenities and space we offer in this market. What is the parking situation? Each unit has a designed parking spot with the house number painted on it. Any undesignated parking spots are available to use on a first come-first-serve basis. There is no limit to the number of vehicles you can bring, provided you adhere to these policies. Parking in a different unit’s parking spot may result in towing of the vehicle. What is the coffee situation? There is a standard 12-cup drip coffee maker in this unit. A starter amount of basic coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, and sweetener are provided for your stay. Is this location a good place to work? Yes, there is free, fast WIFI throughout the resort. Three of the bedrooms have dedicated desks with office chairs. We routinely work from this location with no issues. Can I get a package delivered to this location? This location cannot receive packages. However, there is an Amazon locker nearby where you can have your items delivered. Does the resort offer shuttle service to the parks? No, unfortunately this report does not offer shuttle service, however ride sharing services, such as Uber, are widely available. Does this unit have a pool or fitness center? The resort has a lovely pool, hot tub and fitness center that is operated/managed by the resort. Our pricing does not include access to these, but guests can purchase a 24-hour day pass from the front desk for $100/day for everyone in the unit to use.
