The home is located a quick 5 minute walk from the beach, the ferry, local restaurants and a charming grocery store. The space From the moment you arrive, you will truly love the beachy feel of the cottage. Kitchen: This beautiful vacation home has a brand new kitchen, stainless steel appliances & hardwood floors. Lots of pots and pans, knives, microwave, dishware, utensils, french press, toaster oven, dishwasher. Living Room: The interior is spacious and full of light with a wonderful open concept flow. There is a Roku TV with streaming capabilities. Dining Space: The Dining area offers seating for up to 7. Outdoor Space: There is an enormous wraparound outdoor patio. Lots of seating options, a propane grill, and two outdoor showers. Beach: There are beach chairs/umbrellas to use. *There is Spilt Unit ACs and Heating* The home sleeps 10. Please note the bedroom spaces are on the smaller side. BR1 has a queen bed BR2 has a double and a twin BR3 has two twins BR4 has a double and a twin The family dogs (weighing up to 40 pounds each) are welcome with a nightly fee During these worrisome and challenging times, we will try every possible way to make you feel safe and comfortable. Please Note: This is a home on an ISLAND so sometimes things will move a little slower. There are no refunds for weather. We have outdoor surveillance cameras for safety.
