Vive House Inn is located in a fantastic old Colonial House built in 1897! It offers old world character with a very peaceful and serene setting. Each room is slightly differant, named and decorated after some of the Hosts' favorite places to travel. The Venice room is small and efficient, much like you would find in Venice. It offers a very comfortable memory foam single bed. A private in-room sink, mini fridge, TV, wifi internet and an AC! The shared bathroom is shared and across the hall. The Vive House Inn offers wrap around covered deck with plenty of spaces to sit and work, relax, read a book or converse with friends. The community dinning room and kitchen offer a Toaster Oven, Hot Plate, Microwave, griddle, dishes and such and of course a coffee and tea maker! The Venice room is the smalest room in the House so please note this when booking! Great value and very clean! This is my home so the Host / Co-Host live on site and are always available to assist you when needed! The neighborhood is located down town Hilo Hawaii. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, coffee shops and some attractions. Many things to see, including the ocean and Bayfront beach are just a few minutes walk. A rental car or Uber or Lift might be used when wanting explore the island and its many attractions. Things to note: NO Smoking in the room, the house, or the front porch. Please go to the mailbox area on the sidewalk if you must smoke. Trash! If you have excess trash and would like to dispose of it, the blue trash cans outside are available, BUT any trash that is placed in the blue trash bins, MUST be in a trash bag! Our trash service WILL NOT pick up our trash if there are loose trash items. They will only take it if its in a bag. So please help us by using a trash bag. If you need more, just ask us by messaging through the AirBnB app. Thank you ~
