*Golf Cart* Boho Beach House - Mins to BEACH

This is a child & dog friendly, 2 bedroom, first floor, condo in a quiet gated community 1 mile (2 minute car/golf cart ride) from the beach and minutes from Golf, shopping, and more!. During your stay, you'll have access to a golf cart, in-home washer & dryer, a pool, a gym, tennis courts, bbq, pickleball courts, a putting green, a playground, outdoor showers, beach toys/accessories to make your stay an unforgettable one. The space This condo is located in the beautiful gated community, Savannah Shores. Since this gate is never left open, you will be given specific instructions prior to your initial arrival for your first time entering the community and will be given a gate key to use for the remainder of the stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a full size blow up mattress, a pack n' play for babies and toddlers, a smart TV, and a walk-in closet. This room also has direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom has an oversized shower and two sinks. You will also be provided with the basics; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bathroom can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom has 2 very comfy twin beds, a full size blow up mattress, a smart TV and a walk-in closet. The living room has a 50' smart TV with access to all of your favorite cable channels, including some of your favorite premiums. You will also have access to Netflix and a plethora of other programming apps. You will also have unlimited access of a fully stocked kitchen and a full size washer and dryer. On the property, you will have access to a well maintained, oversized pool (heated April 1 - October 15), 3 outdoor showers, a gym, a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, a playground, a car washing station (to get that sand out of your car), and a putting green to perfect that putt ;). The Savannah Shores neighborhood is a short walk/golf cart ride to stores and some of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. This community is also located less than a mile from the beach and blocks from golf courses and the Tanger outlets. Any reservation that includes bringing a dog will need prior written approval before being able to book. If you are approved to bring your dog(s), you MUST include it on your reservation. You do this by adding a pet in the same place you add adults and children on the reservation. GOLF CART USE: EVERY GUEST WHO WILL BE DRIVING THE GOLF CART MUST SIGN A SEPARATE CONTRACT/WAIVER AND PAY A $250 FULLY REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ($350 DEPOSIT FOR GUESTS UNDER 25 YEARS OLD). ALL DRIVERS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. EACH DRIVER MUST HAVE (AND PROVIDE PROOF OF A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PROVIDE PROOF OF INSURANCE. *AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED* Guest access When you arrive you may park in any free spot around the building and will be given a parking pass to use for the duration of your stay. Other things to note The condo is stocked with all of the essentials for making your trip an unforgettable one. You will have unlimited access to both adult and kid board/card games, beach toys, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler, tennis racquets and tennis balls, a beach volleyball, beach towels, boogie boards, pool toys, a beach bag, a stroller, and a BLOW UP STAND-UP PADDLE BOARD.* *We can not guarantee that all of the extras listed above will be available for every guest. Availability will depend greatly on the use and care by all of our guests. Feel free to reach out ahead of booking for an exact list of what will be available during your stay. *NOTE: Recently, we've had an abundance of guests showing up early and leaving late (without notice) and while we do try to accomodate early check-ins and late check-outs, when possible, please understand that between May 20th and September 10th each year, we are UNABLE to accomodate ANY early check-ins or late check-outs. Please plan accordingly. As for any other time of the year, please make sure to get approval PRIOR to arriving at the property for an early check-in or late check-out. This allows our housekeepers to make sure the property is ready for you and for the next guest.
