Things to Know Free WiFi Parking Notes: Drive past the house (to the right if you are facing the house) and on the left there is a parking area. There is space for 3 cars parked perpendicular to the road. During snow storms, cars should be parked in the garage, which is on the left before you reach the house (to the left if you are facing the house). The doors are manual and must be lifted, but they are left unlocked, and there are two parking spaces in the garage. Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
