Wetherledge is a private estate that sits high on a ledge on the southeast end of Jamestown, Rhode Island with commanding views of Narragansett Bay with vistas that span from the Newport bridge to Block Island. The main house was built in 1889 & formally was the officers club during WWII to Fort Wetherill. Wetherledge is a unique location with gorgeous views of Narragansett Bay. Over the years we have hosted small events. If you are planning a rehearsal dinner, wedding or a party of any sort all events are to be discussed with your host. The site is $3,500 for 50 people or less and after that it is an additional $35. per person up too 180 people. The maximum event time is 6 hours. The guests have access to the 1st & 2nd floor of the main house which consists of 5 bedrooms and three baths. This building has two other separate apartments and grounds are shared. The 1st floor off of the veranda has it’s own patio for dining. Beautiful quiet neighborhood great for bike riding. From downtown Jamestown you can catch the Ferry that stops at Rose Island, Fort Adams and downtown Newport.
