There are 5 BEDROOMS and a GAME ROOM with a full daybed. Lower level has 2 King bedrooms with a full bath and a half bath. 3 steps up from lower level is the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. Off the dining area is the Game Room with foosball, TV, games and a full daybed. A stairway from living room leads to 3 bedrooms of the 5 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen with sink vanity, and 1 smaller Queen and Twin bedroom), a full bath, deck and hot tub. CASPAR BEACH is a 1/3 mile walk or just a few minutes drive to where you can almost park on the sand. Pt Cabrillo LIGHTHOUSE is about a 2 mile scenic walk along the bluffs or you can drive a few minutes to the parking lot for a short walk to the lighthouse. Bay Dream has a large driveway on a gated peninsula. There is parking for 5+ cars in the driveway. Please do not park on the private street. The neighborhood is level and paved sited on bluffs overlooking the ocean. I am available by phone, email or text during your stay. You can also contact my very experienced contractor/maintenance person, if unable to reach me right away. He lives nearby and can be on site if needed. He has taken care of the property and guests for over 10 years. Bay Dream is on almost an acre of oceanfront land on a gated street with 5 other homes. The house has privacy provided by trees and land berms that also protect it from the wind. The neighborhood is quiet, paved and fairly level, great for a morning jog or afternoon stroll. One of the streets gives you access to the 200 acre State Park. There you can take a trail along the bluffs for about 2 miles to the Lighthouse and museum. You can also walk from the house about 1/3 mile to the beach. For the last part of the walk you have to descend a hill because the neighborhood is on the bluffs overlooking the beach. You can also drive a few minutes to the beach and park at the sand's edge, recommended for guests with young children. The beach is in a protected bay. The waves are popular for beginner surfers. There is a convenience store at the beach that also rents kayaks and surfboards. Bay Dream has a large driveway to park 5+ cars. Please do not park on our private street. You will need a car to get to Mendocino and Ft. Bragg for restaurants, large markets and activities, but you can enjoy hiking trails, fishing, a State Park, a convenience store and Caspar Beach just a short walk from the house, car optional.
