LOCATION: Only a mile away from the French Quarter, home to some of the best bars and restaurants in New Orleans, The Lola by Sextant is also just a block away from the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, making it great for both work and play. The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District.

Make the most out of your time at The Lola, the perfect home base for exploring the Big Easy. Each newly renovated space comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, our patented memory foam Nest Beds, and a 4K Smart TV in each bedroom and living room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

APARTMENT: These are two separate, connecting apartments featuring two 2-bedroom units that share a joining door in the living room of each unit. Each unit can have its own living space and kitchen, or keep the door open for a more expansive feel. The combined apartment sleeps 12 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym and lobby.


1. Laundry is free to use.

2. Located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway.

3. There is a sign on the main floor indicating the location of the laundry room.

Only 8 slots are available. Self-park moving (first come, first serve) basis. Guests MUST park in a marked Sextant Stay Space or could be booted or towed.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Steamer, free WiFi (75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. 1 pack-n-play crib, games, toys and stair gates provided upon availability.

Sextant Stays' Commitment to Cleanliness: We want our guests to have a safe, comfortable stay. All our housekeepers are full-time employees, not third-party contractors, allowing us to keep high standards and accountability. Each property is thoroughly cleaned in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. Guests are also provided with complimentary hand sanitizer, masks, and disinfecting wipes if they do not have their own.

Note: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the home.

Room Assignment: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

Rental Agreement: The Rental Agreement applies to this listing and you may be asked to read and sign with the agreement.

ID and Credit Card requirements upon check in: Valid identification and credit card used for the reservation are required at check-in. These must be presented at the Front Desk. (The ID and credit card must match the name under which the unit is reserved.) Your room door code will only be activated once you have presented your credit card and identification at check-in.

Payment: Chime, eCheck, Cash App, or any pre-paid debit cards are not accepted.

Age and Booking Requirement Policy: This property does not allow local residents within 60 miles radius, groups under 21 years of age, events, parties (bachelor/bachelorette groups are allowed), photo shoots or gatherings of any kind.

Fees: Instead of a refundable security deposit, the quote includes a one-time Damage Waiver Fee that covers up to $500 in accidental damage. Charges may apply for additional guests. Please ensure to add the correct guest count at time of booking.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly property; First pet: $150.00 plus tax Second pet: Additional $250.00 plus tax. A total of $400.00 plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Package Handling Policy: Mailing packages to this property is not permitted.
