We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by the corresponding number of responsible parents. We require one parent for every two persons under the age of 25. Whether you are relaxing at your vacation home, or just minutes away at a movie, restaurant or goofy-golf course, happy times will float in on the sea air. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
