Rental unit in St. Thomas

*NO CLEANING FEE* Located on the cool Northside of St. Thomas, our home looks out over a large flat-ish yard & a panoramic view of Magen's Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and 20 small islands. Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time. The space The apartment is great for a romantic getaway for 2, or for a small family wanting to save some money on a trip to paradise. The queen-size futon is comfortable for children or extra guests. From the parking apron, you enter a private covered deck with deck chairs, a small glass-top table and a hammock-the perfect spot to relax after a trip to historic downtown Charlotte Amalie (10 minutes away) or the beach. (Numerous beaches are a short drive away.) If you’re a morning person, our sunrises are amazing, especially any time after March 21st. Inside, the apartment has high ceilings and louvered windows which allow ocean breezes to cool the large, comfortable rooms. There are ceiling fans throughout the apartment in case air movement needs a little help. Guest access The kitchen is well-equipped - stove/oven, full-size refrigerator, coffee pot (coffee included), dishes, pots & pans.... Missing anything? Just ask Melissa! Guests can also access the backyard and enjoy the lawn with its down-island view and cool breezes. The yard is also enjoyed by us and any other guests staying on property. There is a concrete stairway that goes down the west side of the house (The wooden stairway on the east side is for the downstairs AirBnb guests.) Other things to note We will change the sheets every 7 days and provide fresh towels every 4 days. We do NOT charge a cleaning fee. We find that most of our guests are very considerate. We thoroughly clean the unit before each new booking, but we do ask that guests complete a couple of minor tasks before leaving - wash their dishes, sweep up any sand, and remove hair from the shower drain. If this is not agreeable to you please don’t book with us.
