The space Our cozy bungalow offers a charming stay in the historic Prospect Hill neighborhood, 0.4 miles (or an 9 minute walk) to downtown Bloomington and 0.8 (17 minute walk) to The Sample Gates, Indiana University's welcoming entryway. The bungalow was recently completely renovated and refurnished. It features a lofted bedroom, outdoor fire pit, stylish living and dining spaces, WiFi, Smart TV, and a newly updated bathroom with heated floors & kitchen. The bungalow provides a serene oasis in close proximity to the IU campus and Bloomington's downtown. Private parking access is included. Guest access This is a private and free standing house, separate from the main house. The entire bungalow and its surrounding garden/outdoor space are for guests to use. Private parking access (1 - 2 cars) is included. Other things to note Please take note that you must climb a very sturdy ladder to get to the lofted bedroom and ceiling height is limited at the top. Per our insurance company's request: guests use the ladder at their own risk and have been notified of the need to use a ladder and the subsequent risks in advance of booking. By booking you are agreeing that you have read this and accept such risks. There is one queen sized bed in the loft area. The couch downstairs is a two-seater. For the most comfortable accommodation, we recommend 1 - 2 people stay in the bungalow. Love pickleball?
