Shopping, restaurants, hospital all within two mile easy access! This bedroom is 320 SF plus en suite bath with skylights. Two dormer window bays enlarge the area. This room has a queen bed with down comforter, sofa, writing desk, ceiling fan, mini-refrigerator, coffee, instant hot water pot, guest bath robes and breakfast table. Our guests may access our kitchen also. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs available to book separately: one queen and one with twin beds. Guests have access to shared living area with wood-burning fireplace, dining room, large sunny kitchen, playroom with ping-pong table and smart TV, and outdoor areas. Gas grill on back deck. We personally welcome you to our home and offer any information you may need about Aiken. We are on the property and available by text or phone but otherwise we respect your privacy. Quiet residential neighborhood with mostly retired people in central location for easy access everything you need. Beautiful golf course and neighborhood park nearby, 1/4 mile from Aiken/Augusta Highway 1. You may park right in front of the house. We also have two bicycles if you like to ride. Less than 2 miles from downtown, shopping, restaurants, woods to hike, golf course, neighborhood park 1/4 mile with basketball, tennis and Pickleball courts, plus walking track and covered pavilion for picnicking. No smoking. Not handicap accessible, rooms are upstairs. Our friendly toy poodle, Dusty, will greet you enthusiastically. Please don’t let him outside. No cats or other pets allowed.
