Make yourself at home with your full featured room, in the cozy living room, on our porch or lawn, and utilize our kitchen and laundry! We look forward to having you! Our home is perfect for those seeking a calm, relaxing stay. The interior walls of the house are insulated, and solid core doors, so noise does not travel, keeping your stay quiet and serene. The backyard and porch is privately located from neighbors, and begs to be utilized on the sunny days, and the large picture windows in the living room provides a stunning view of the mountains. We are also fortunate to have some of the best viewing of the northern lights from our location. With hardwood throughout the majority of the house, and carpet in the living room, we hope you feel right at home. Your room welcomes you with a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens and a midweight duvet, a view of the mountains, and your own private bathroom. The shared spaces in our home are the living room, kitchen and laundry room. The main entry leads into the living room and our guest rooms are off to the left. We rent out both rooms separately, so you may meet some other guests coming to see all that Alaska has to offer as well. Feel free to use the high speed WiFi as you please! We love meeting people from all over, and can't wait to meet you! We invite you to enjoy this beautiful place we call home, and want you to feel as comfortable as possible. We will not interfere with your vacation and relaxation, as our room is on the other side of the house, and are available to answer any questions and socialize as much as you want. We have various training hours, so you might see us popping in and out throughout the day. This is YOUR visit to Alaska, and we want to make it also your BEST visit to Alaska! We live 15 minutes from the heart of downtown Fairbanks, on top of a hill, overlooking the valley. Quiet and secluded, with very respectful neighbors, you can get a feeling of being remote while being close to the city. Given that we are a bit out of town, renting a car is recommended, and we have parking in the circular driveway for you. Stores are located in Fairbanks, as are most activities, so our home is the place to come and relax, away from the hustle and bustle with no distractions. We are a health conscious home, and want to embody that in all that we do. We own and operate a gym and are personal trainers, and we are plant based. While we hope that you get the most out of our fully equipped kitchen, we kindly ask that you do not cook, store or reheat any meat products during your stay, and please do not eat in your room. We also ask that guests refrain from using the living room TV, as it is the only TV in the home.
