This rental is for the entire home. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a front porch, and a driveway. Upon entering the home through the front entrance, you will be greeted with an open concept common living space. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV for your viewing pleasure. (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps). The kitchen and dining area offers all of the amenities to prepare and enjoy meals. The main floor is wonderful for enjoying a getaway with family of friends, as the layout is ideal for interacting with one another. Whether watching TV in the living room, sitting in the dining area, or cooking a meal in the kitchen, all groups will be able to converse and interact well within this beautiful space. There is also a half bathroom on the main level off of the kitchen. The upstairs 2nd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Befroom 1 - Queen Bed and TV Bedroom 2- Full Bed and TV Bedroom 3- Queen Bed and TV There are also two air mattresses if needed for more sleeping arrangements. **To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There is keyless entry. All guests will be provided with a door code for the front door entrance. This access code, as well as other information for your stay, will be released approximately 1 hour prior to check in. There is a driveway on the right side of the home available for guests to use which will fit 2 vehicles. You may also park in front of the home in the cul-de-sac. Please be sure not to block any sidewalks or driveways when parking. This is an attached home, so please be respectful of the neighbors, their property, and their privacy. This home is also in a cul-de-sac, so please make sure to take this into consideration when parking. Other residents park in the cul-de-sac as well. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the home and our neighbors. It is approximately 3 minutes to Ocean Casino Resort and Island Waterpark, and approximately 4 minutes to the entrance of Hard Rock Casino Minutes from the historical Gardner's Basin, where you can visit the Atlantic City Aquarium, take a dolphin watching cruise, or enjoy one of the great eateries on the bay. Within walking distance of the home is the popular district of Little Water Distillery, The Seed Brewery, and Westecunk Axe Throwing. The Axe Throwing is BYOB, so stop over at Little Water Distillery for a refreshing cocktail or The Seed for a cold beer to bring with you. It is also a few blocks away from the Absecon Lighthouse. Standing at 117 feet tall, the lighthouse is the tallest in the state of New Jersey and the 3rd tallest in the country. Take the climb, the views are worth it!
