The sleeping quarters comprise 3 King Bedrooms and 2 Queen sleeper sofas, with the upstairs bedroom offering a private balcony and bathroom entrance. The spacious living area features a 55" Samsung TV with DirecTV programming. The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything for a delightful family meal, and a propane grill with supplied propane. In the loft, a Sleeper Sofa adds comfort during the day and accommodates two extra guests at night. Each bedroom and the loft feature a 40" Samsung 4K TV connected to DirecTV. Outdoors, the patio offers 700+ sq ft of entertainment, including a covered back deck for outdoor dining, a 6-8 person Hot Tub, a gas fireplace, and a 60" Samsung Flat Screen TV with DirecTV.
