This a brand new home that has three bedrooms and one bathroom, two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two twins. Free wifi throughout the residence with a brand new Samsung Smart TV in the living room for all your entertainment needs. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is plenty of room to hangout around the bar or sit around the large dining room table. Washer and dryer is available for your convenience. The sliding glass door opens up to our cozy back yard where you can BBQ and dine under the gazebo. Enjoy the quail and other desert wildlife in the area along with the beautiful blue skies and starry nights! You’ll have access to three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, laundry room, backyard, gazebo, BBQ grill and outdoor prep station. There is plenty of room to park your lake toys directly in front of the residence. My wife Jennifer and I are available at all times to assist with any and all matters.
