The large queen bedroom near the back of the cottage, provides a reading nook for quiet afternoon books and games to play with the whole family. The open concept kitchen, dining space, and living room provides plenty of seating for watching movies, cooking, reading, and enjoying meals. While the outdoor 3 season porch, gives you time to unwind with friends and family, watching nature in the quiet neighborhood. Out back, there is a 6 foot privacy fence for play with your fur baby and the kiddos. Relax around the firepit with your favorite stories and soak in our amazing hot tub! Full house, garage, and yard Enjoy a contactless experience for the arrival and checkout process at JoJo's Cottage. We live close by for anything you may happen to need, but will leave your stay private unless an emergency should occur. We will be available for communication by cell phone and text if anything should come up. JoJo's Cottage at Breezewood, allows you and your family all the amenities of home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood while still being close to all the excitement of a beach vacation. Just 4 miles to the beautiful beaches of Rehoboth or 5 miles to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park. Shop till you drop at all 3 Tanger Rehoboth Beach Outlets only 2 miles away or escape to the Junction and Breakwater Trail located directly behind the Rehoboth Beach Seaside Outlets. Plenty of award winning restaurants, bars, food trucks, and cafe's to spend your day or extend into the evening. We are within 10-15 minutes driving time to Rehoboth Beach or Lewes Beach / Cape Henlopen State Park. Paid Parking is in effect from May-September and free Nov-April. Please check city of Rehoboth and Lewes websites for up to date information. Guests must be 21 years or older to stay. PETS UP TO 2 WELL BEHAVED DOGS PER STAY. Please be responsible for your dogs during your vacation and while you are away from the cottage. We strongly encourage using crates while you are gone just in case being in an unfamiliar house may cause anxiety in your pets and cause them to act out. If damage occurs, guests will be responsible for replacement or payment of items. Please pick up dog waste in the yard and around the neighborhood if in walks (doggy bags provided). Beach gear provided for use during summer time (towels, chairs, skim board, buckets/shovels)
