Smoke free, 3rd floor, no elevator. NOT for large group, 2 people or small family only please. Rental registration law only allows for 4 occupants. Walking distance to downtown. Sunrise/sunset & island views. Jet Express island transport, charter boats, shopping, restaurants and bars. Private beach, pool & playground, wall AC, laundry, kitchen, 1 bed (full), 1 pull-out couch. NO smoking NO pets NO groups/parties NO extra visitors (strictly enforced) PLEASE read entire listing about the space. Smoke free HOA property. Fully furnished 1 BR/1BA unit in a family-friendly private property condo association open year round 12 months! 3rd floor, no elevator, exterior stairs only. Wall AC cools the unit. Bedroom and Living room/sun area both have ceiling fans. Box fan available in the bedroom closet. ***NO lakefront curtains by pullout couch. Please be aware the sun will rise through the front windows with NO curtains. We do not plan on changing that. We love our views!!!*** Shower/tub one pc insert suitable for toddler baths. Baseboard winter heat. Kitchen with all the necessities. Stacked washer/dryer combo located in the bathroom. Comfy and cozy furniture and finishes. WIFI and Spectrum cable TV. Just bring your personal belongings and enjoy the picture perfect views (unobstructed) of beautiful Lake Erie! You are right on the shore/coast, doesn't get any closer than this! Downtown seasonal entertainment and DORA "MOM" all within walking distance. Unit is well maintained with good reviews noting cleanliness. We maintain our own property and know the space well. Recommended occupancy of 4 or less for the most comfort according to the space. Most ideal (preferred) for 2 adults with any children sleeping on the sofa bed or air mattress. There is also a child size twin mattress under the master bed that can be pulled out for additional sleeping/floor option. (Infant and toddler sleeping and feeding necessities/accessories will need to be provided by the guest and must meet safety guidelines.) Non-Smoking unit. No pets. We do not host underage guests. We do not allow parties. Guests listed on rental agreement only. No visitors allowed. No additional parking allowed for visitors. We do not participate in multiple unit stays where guests who are here together have access to any rented unit in their group. Our unit is privately owned and the space is for the names on the Airbnb rental only--strictly enforced! This is a SMALL space and we will not allow you to pack a lot of people in it. No Jet Express parking for non-guests allowed. No visiting swimmer for the day. ***Recent price increase to cover the City and County Lodging Taxes & Rental Registration fees*** Check-in after 3:00 p.m. and Check-out by 11:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements are made. 3rd floor (no elevator) 1BR/1BA with eat-in kitchen and living room that extends into a 4 season sunroom. Condo association has a seasonal outdoor pool and spa area (dates available at the discrepancy of the association maintenance staff). Private beach. Updated playground equipment. Outdoor charcoal grill units available throughout the property. Please message us with any questions or concerns before, during, or after your stay. We are either close by or always available via the Airbnb app as long as adequate cell service is available. We get instant notifications of messages and commit to responding quickly unless an unforeseeable event or reason presents. We have maintenance staff that can be contacted should there be an immediate concern in our absence. We want your stay to be enjoyable. We strive for excellent guest satisfaction. We stand by our no visitor policy and are upfront about our expectations for how our property should be cared for. Our rules are in place so we can continue to be good neighbors in this private family-friendly condo association. We are diligent about this due to our close proximity to island transportation and problems that can arise after a day of partying. The unit guidebook contains our rules and HOA property rules. Please notify us immediately if you are unable to comply. We do not host underage guests alone, group parties or gatherings. Renter must be present, renting this property for someone else is not permitted and is deceitful. This is a small space for a small family of preferably only 2 adults to enjoy comfortably. Review the listing and photos prior to booking. We encourage you to read the reviews of our past guests (good and bad). This is our personal space containing our personal items as we use the condo for ourselves as well. Furnishings and decor are our choice. There are no curtains in the lakefront room by the pull-out couch. Our children sleep there with no issues. We love our sunset and sunrise views. We maintain the property ourselves and thoroughly clean and sanitize in between guests in addition to doing all your laundry for you. We expect you to pick up after yourselves and leave the property in the condition that you found it. We know the space well and are immediately aware of damages and/or missing items. Do not rearrange our furniture or cupboards. Do not take furniture outside. Do not drop or throw items from the windows. We make repairs and replace items when the need presents. However, expenses add up when damage occurs and/or messes are left for us. We do the best that we can. Altering the property in any way during your stay is prohibited and unlawful. We leave honest reviews and will pursue the collection of additional cleaning fees and/or money to cover damages in the event of rules being broken. NO Pets! NO Smoking! This entire HOA property is smoke free. You must go out by the road to smoke. Other owners will report those who break the rules. Fines imposed. Those fines will be passed onto you. All rules are well documented in this Airbnb listing and in the unit on-site guidebook. Please only inquire about renting if you are a responsible adult with good intentions. We are a great host if you are a great guest. Prices increased in 2022 to cover City and County Lodging Taxes (we are properly registered as required, certificate copy in the unit guidebook), increased cleaning supply prices that follow COVID standards, and time/travel associated to higher gas prices, and increase prices to purchase cleaning supplies and other items for the unit. General maintenance has not been cheap due to excess wear and tear when guests do not respect the space or try to fit too many people in it. No Jet Express parking fees when you stay here. Walk to bars, restaurants, and downtown shopping. Walk to festivals such as the Walleye Festival and Perch, Peach, Pierogi, & Polka. Enjoy Arts in the Park at Lakeview Park. Many local options to watch your favorite college football teams in the fall (Go Bucks!). Off season events include Halloween Pub Crawl, NYE Port Clinton Walleye Drop, and the February Burning Snowman Event. Local charter boat options and personal watercraft rentals nearby. Many locations offer day and/or night live entertainment to enjoy along with your spirits! For more info on area attractions check out shoresandislands.com Plenty of walking distance options and local taxi service options. Local temporary boat dock services available on short-term basis depending on avail. Many attractions are short drives such as wineries, breweries, Cedar Point, State Parks and beaches, quaint little lake towns, additional ferry services, putt-putt golf, go-carts, African Safari, Sandusky OH indoor water parks, museums, and churches. Catawba Island peninsula and Marblehead are short drives. Middle Bass Island, Put-In-Bay, and Kelley’s Island are all accessible by boat/ferry service. Seneca Caverns is a great place to explore for the adventurous types. Plan ahead and consider catching a Toledo Mud Hens Game or Cleveland has a lot to offer when planning long trips if you’ve already seen all of PC and our nearby islands. Lake Erie coastal towns will guide you all the way to Cleveland. There is much to see and do along the way. Outdoor pool and spa common area is open seasonally. Dates may vary. Maintenance closures and repairs at the discretion of the condo association. No pets. No smoking. (This condo association does allow pets but not in the common areas such as lakefront grass, beach, pool, and playground. Our personal unit does NOT allow pets. Sorry, but thanks for your understanding.) No events, gatherings, or additional visitors allowed that are not listed on the Airbnb reservation. No underage activities allowed. No drinking parties allowed. This is strictly enforced. Additional cars not allowed. Due to the close proximity of the Jet Express, parking is monitored closely. No extra visitors just for swimming. Armband required for pool entry. Wall AC cools unit with bedroom door open. Bedroom and living/sun room areas both have ceiling fans. There is a box fan in the bedroom closet. No curtains in the living/sun room so that our views remain unobstructed. We love our sunrise and sunset views along with all the natural light. Privacy curtains are only available for use in the bedroom. Stays only allowed by the individual listed on Airbnb. Do NOT rent this unit for someone else under your name. Any rental agreement dishonesty will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Additional charges will apply for any unforeseen expenses that occur as a result of the deception. Our expectations for how you care for our property and the condition that you leave it in are very high. Please respect our space, our neighbors, and the condo association property.
