Fresh Powder Ski Hut | Close to Ski Resorts
Our tiny home is located just a short drive from several ski resorts, making it the perfect base for your mountain adventures. Whether you're looking to ski, mtn bike, climb, or hike you'll find plenty of options nearby. Community indoor hot tub open during the winter 9am-6pm Community outdoor pool and hot tub are only open 9am-6pm. Typically open Memorial day until Labor day. 25-28 min. to SLC airport 25-50 min. to SEVEN ski resorts (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Sundance) Please be aware our Tiny House is located in an RV Park. Even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby. There are amenities available such as a laundromat, picnic areas, a hot tub and swimming pool (when in season). There are quite a few other Tiny Homes in the park so you can meet and socialize with other Tiny Home lovers!! The RV park is clean and well maintained with easy access to parking. It's located right near I-15 which makes travel easy and convenient. A lot of people ask us why the home is located in an RV park, and the only answer is that Salt Lake County currently does not allow for tiny houses in their city code. If we ever have the opportunity to move to a more permanent location we would absolutely love to. The RV park really is well maintained and requires background checks of all its residents. Management quickly addresses any issues and is easy to get a hold of. It’s an older park so keep that in mind. I really feel that our tiny home is a unique experience and we are proud to offer something boutique in fashion, yet affordable. Perfect for someone looking for something fun and different for a short stay or an extended stay where you are beginning of a life adventure. *Shared pool and outdoor hot tub are summer/seasonal. Indoor hot tub is open for the winter. Please be note our Tiny House is located in an RV Park. Even though the home is 100% private there are other people staying nearby.
