Plenty of space to enjoy your privacy when you want it. With 3 full baths, no one will have to fight over who gets to shower first! Starbucks is a quick walk, and located inside The Lakeview Hotel. You will enjoy queen Casper beds throughout, new linens, towels, pillows, blankets and more. You will also have access to a private beach club location on Lake Bellaire. The beach club offers a beach with chairs, playground, games, grills, basketball and volleyball court, and more! This is a 5 minute drive from the condo. We are committed to providing a clean, safe and fun getaway for you to enjoy. **Please note** We actively monitor Covid restrictions and other related pool maintenance closures. Unfortunately, we do not have control if the pools are open or closed during your stay. Parking is right in front of the Condo. You will walk down a set of stairs to get into the Condo. Access is granted through an electronic lock with a code provided prior to checking in. From the condo, you will be able to easily walk to The Lake View Hotel which has dining, 1 outdoor pool, 1 indoor pool, Starbucks, and more. Additionally, you are able to walk to the Shanty Town that hosts fun food and drink options. Within Shanty Creek Summit Community. Off to the side, in a peaceful setting, but steps away from dining options, cocktails, and Starbucks. Minutes away from a nice walk to a glorious sunset view overlooking lake Bellaire. Dining, hiking, Starbucks, sunset and golf are a short walk. The adorable towns of Bellaire and Alden are short drive.
