We are surrounded by student housing and apartments as well as residential so some noise is possible. We are also right down the street from Bromenn hospital. Ability to walk to ISU campus, less than a mile to uptown normal (10-15 min walk) We have a driveway that can fit 3 cars with EV charging. Try not to park on the street, you will get ticketed and or towed. There is some off street parking but pay close attention to the street signs! Please note that we are located near a train crossing so you may hear the train. We provide earplugs and a noise machine if needed. Also, we are near campus and surrounded by student housing so you may see a lot of foot traffic from the students nearby.
