This 4000 Square foot, historic home is located in the heart of the highlands, just steps away from Tyler Park, the best bars and restaurants in the city and spans 4 floors. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a brand new mattress and an attached master bathroom. The 2nd Floor has three bedrooms, two of them have full beds and lots of natural light. The third bedroom has a twin bed, and a deluxe queen sized air mattress can also be placed in this room. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, as well as an additional laundry in the basement. The first floor has a formal living room, a family room, a long farmhouse dining table that will seat 10-12 people, a chefs kitchen and a wet bar with all the glassware you can imagine. The basement, which is very charming, has a bedroom with twin beds, a full bathroom with an amazing shower, a media room with a twin daybed and a sofa, and a rustic vibe that you will adore.
