Guest must be quiet and respectful of neighbors at all times. No parties are allowed on property including outdoor spaces. No visitors nor guests without a reservation are allowed to stay overnight. This is required based on lack of sound proofing between floors of an historic home. There is no smoking and no candles allowed in the residence. A winding stair well up from the west. Must be able to climb stairs easily.
