It's a highly desirable area for visitors due to its close proximity to all the restaurants, shops and galleries. The homes are often a little older but boast a lot of charm and character. One of our favorite things to do is simply wander the winding streets of the neighborhood and take in the amazing views of the red rocks. There's a lot of dining and shopping within walking distance of the home but it's best to also have access to a car. There's parking on the property and on the street as well. The washer and dryer is available for guest use and is located in the garage. For any guest(s) with accessibility concerns, please be aware that there is a short staircase leading into the garage and laundry area. The garage is not available for guest parking.
