Come home from the parks to relax in our quiet neighborhood townhome! 3 private bedrooms and a spacious gathering place and kitchen. Enjoy amazing cliff views from the balcony, or private backyard. This unit is RIGHT across the street from the BLM visitors center and gas stations. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. There is a beautiful trail up the street. We started a tour company to offer a discount to our guests who want to see the off road attractions. We live nearby. This townhome is in an amazing part of our beautiful town. The neighborhood is tucked right up against the red cliffs. Out the back doors of the townhomes is a golf course which shut down recently. That means you have a lot of space, great views, and no back door neighbors. Your neighbors will all be our guests, so you can expect your neighbors to respect quiet time, keep your stay free from smoke, and to follow the same rules as your group. Best of all, your neighbors will all be people who are likely to explore this amazing area, and you may get to share some tips. We will try to host frequent fires, roasting marshmallows and sharing tips with guests. We do ask that you do not light a fire in the unit itself. This town home has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms on the main floor. Only the master bedroom and bathroom are up the stairs. We just partnered up on these units and we look forward to hosting you! You should have access to the entire unit during your stay. We just ask that you remain respectful of your neighbors as everyone is coming and going at different times of the day and night. Please help us to keep the cleaning costs down so our townhomes can remain affordable. We are purchasing these townhomes in order to provide families and small groups an opportunity to come to this amazing area and to be able to stay together at a reasonable rate. We hope to meet you, and to have you feel that you have some privacy in the unit, but that you have the security of a host family who lives right around the corner and will do what we are able to help you to enjoy your stay in Kanab! We are in a very quiet neighborhood which was build around a golf course. They closed the golf course last year, so now we have an even quieter environment where we can frequently watch wildlife enjoy the golf course we used to play. We are nestled right up against the cliffs and there is a great hiking trail right up the street, less than a quarter of a mile. Our entire town has free parking, and we are only 1-2 miles from the town center. We are right off the highway and across the street from the BLM Visitors Center where they are currently doing the drawing for the Wave each morning at 9:00 a.m. There is no public transportation in our town, but you can get anywhere in town quickly, and parking everywhere is free. We are very happy to give you some of the local tips about where to go around Kanab. We also have started a Jeep tour company to give our guests a discounted opportunity to see some of the local sites like White Pocket, Peekaboo Slot Canyon, the Wave and South Coyote Buttes(guest must acquire permits), dinosaur tracks and petroglyph panels. We offer the lowest prices around and offer guests an additional 10% discount!
