In the heart of the Mesquite Historic District, Harmony House embraces you in adobe walls and wood floors. Vibrant colors, spacious, surrounded by vegetable and herb gardens. Quiet, private, relaxing. NOTE: SERVICE ANIMALS CANNOT BE ACCOMMODATED DUE TO OUR OWN PETS. Make beverages in your room. Use the kitchen microwave to make and eat your breakfast. Don’t eat in your room or leave any food waste, to avoid invasive pests. Private patio entrance. Rooms cleaned and sanitized between guests Spacious room with queen bed, high ceilings, attached bathroom and patio overlooking gardens. Private patio entrance. Make coffee and tea in your room. Utilize the kitchen microwave to heat and eat your breakfast. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SERVICE ANIMALS AT HARMONY HOUSE. Offstreet parking. Private patio entrance. Enjoy a spacious yard, your own patio and a lovely room and bathroom. Please arrive no later than 8:00 PM MST, or make arrangements with the owner. Otherwise, you may find the gate to the driveway closed. Interaction is sparse, and if not on site, Judy or her assistant is nearby to assist you if needed. We use social distancing to protect all parties. The gardens provide adequate space in which to visit if you desire. Seasonally, feel free to graze in the gardens! Please note, that in winter the gardens are mostly bare, and the photos on our website represent summer and fall, our growing seasons. The Mesquite Historic District is the heart of the city. We love our peaceful neighborhood, which is home to many artists and gardeners. Feel free to walk the labyrinth next door. Breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, library, gift shops, farmers market, pharmacy, and grocery stores are within walking/biking distance from our home. It is a quick 3 mile drive to the old Village of Mesilla. A direct 3 mile drive to NMSU. Our house is walking/biking distance to downtown - coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, farmers market Saturdays and Wednesdays, library, museums, bistro, brewery, and bus stops. There is a bus stop on Mesquite Street, 2 blocks south of the house. NMSU is a direct 3 miles south of the house. Within a few blocks, you will find a Vietnamese restaurant, as well as many Mexican restaurants. A 5-10 minute walk will take you to our downtown plaza and to coffee shops, tap houses/breweries with live music on the weekends. Also along the plaza, find museums, art galleries and yoga studios, and a Farmers and Crafts Market on Saturdays and Wednesdays. The Village of Old Mesilla is 3 miles to the west. NMSU is 3 miles to the south. Hiking trails along the base of the Organ Mountains are within ten miles to the east. 5 miles to the west is the Rio Grande River walking/biking trail.
