The gorgeous kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and small appliances you may need to cook a gourmet meal. Coffee variety is plentiful! With a table inside, 2 barstools and another picnic table outside, there is ample seating for your group to comfortably enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with comfortable queen mattresses. Ample storage is available for guests, and hot water will never run out (tankless water heater installed)! A half bath is located downstairs for convenience adjacent to the den. Comfort is not an issue - sit back and enjoy a movie on the 55" TV as Wireless is provided for all guests. Two parking passes are available for each guest upon arrival, and you simply will not need your vehicle for much once you arrive. We do provide a bike parking area, so please bring your bikes!! The outdoor area is very pleasant with a firepit and custom adirondack chairs in the courtyard.
