Come relax in this home tucked in the woods. It is located on a private street, which is great for walks and has outside seating to enjoy wildlife. Common areas such as a spacious living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry available to guests. This home also includes a home library nook. This room features a king bed and private bathroom! Room offers comfort with smart tv, heated bed, private fridge, desk, and lounging. Parts of the home are being renovated. You may occasionally hear these repairs being done during your stay. Repairs will mainly be done between waking hours of 8am-6pm. You are welcome to use the common areas on the main floor at your leisure. All of the main floor is available for you to enjoy. There is also a washer dryer available downstairs. The laundry area downstairs is the only other common area that guests can use. All other areas downstairs are prohibited. I am always available by phone call or text message. This home is located in the wooded countryside just 10 minutes west from Iowa State University. There is not a bus route close by.
