GENERAL: Free WiFi (strong signal), washer/dryer, towels/linens, complimentary toiletries, step free access from lower level. We have two yards you can use. One is fenced in for pets to roam freely. That yard connects to the home allowing for late night easy access to the fenced in yard. The other yard is our huge lot next door. We own it and you are welcome to use it. The front yard has a firepit and hot tub. Keyless Entry Plenty of Parking Access to 2nd lot to let your well behaved dogs roam free or bring some outdoors games to play. On the mountain with only two homes within 100 yards hence very private. Lots of land around the home including a second open mowed lot owned by the Airbnb hosts. You will see deer from time to time in the yard. Plenty of parking on two sides of the house. You could fit 6+ cars/trucks without a problem. There are two entry points to the house. One is downstairs by the hot tub. The other is up the deck stairs to the kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub with patio lighting. Let your dog out the back fenced in area or play in the large open lot next door. HOUSE RULES -Hot Tub: Guest understands that a hot tub is available on the property for their private use. By making a reservation, Guest assumes any and all liability from use of said hot tub. Guest will keep the hot tub closed, covered, and set at 97 degrees when not in use, and will supervise any children when using the hot tub. A hot tub guide with additional information/rules will be sent to guests prior to stay. Guests will need to read guide before use of hot tub. - No smoking in our near the property. A $300 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs in or near the property. - Pet friendly with a $50 fee - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior cameras, located at the front door and the side door from the deck. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The house is located on a mountain, and during inclement weather AWD vehicles are recommended. We highly recommend AWD vehicles if you are booking the property during the winter months due to its location. You will have to travel up and down hills to access the property. We have firewood you can use for fires.
