Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure your peace and enjoyment. Centrally located to Glacier National Park, Whitefish Mountain Resort, Flathead Lake & horse venues! Perfect year-round for those seeking outdoor adventures o a relaxing getaway! Stylish modern home with large living areas and oversized bedrooms on 10 treed acres conveniently located a quarter mile off Hwy 93 which is strategically located near several incredible venues and locations (See "Getting Around"). Guests have access to the entire home and large yard with the exception of: closet next to garage, closet under the stairs and the garage all of which are locked. Your host lives near by and is available if you need her. Forested 10 acres near historic Whitefish, Montana. Home is conveniently located just off of Hwy 93 so there is traffic noise. HAVN Lodge is: 3.4 miles/5 minutes to Majestic Valley Arena (Horse Venue) 5 miles/9 minutes to downtown Whitefish 6.3 miles/11 minutes to Whitefish Lake Golf Club 8 miles/11 minutes to Glacier National Airport 10 miles/16 minutes to Rebecca Farm (Horse Venue) 12 miles/25 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort 20 miles/25 minutes to Flathead Lake 27 miles/32 minutes to Glacier National Park - West Entrance It is recommended you have a vehicle. Uber and Lyft are options as well. In the winter months 4WD or AWD is encouraged. *NOTE: September through May we offer discounted rates for guest(s) fewer than (8). Contact the Host for discounted rates based on number of guests. *PLEASE NOTE: The number of guest(s) assigned to each reservation is strictly enforced. Guests will have access to the home via the keyless entry at the front door. There are video and audio cameras outside of the home, one above garage and a second at the main entrance. Should you need assistance entering home there is a video/audio doorbell to contact your host. All three cameras are motion and audio set to record 24/7. Lawn care is completed seasonally on Wednesdays around 8:30am. Hot tub is maintained as needed, between guests and routinely, on Wednesday mornings. There is a fire pit for guests, use is subject to local burning restrictions. Young children must be closely supervised. NO SMOKING! If there is smoking outside the home, cigarette butts must be discarded in the designated bin. If cigarette butts are not disposed of properly outside, there will be an additional $150 charge for clean-up fee. NO PETS! If there is evidence found that Guest(s) have brought pet(s) onto the property (inside the house or outside the house), without written consent from the Host, there will be an additional charge of $250 per pet fee for cleaning.
