Full kitchen stocked (dishes, pots, pans & utensils, crockpot, pizazz, and rice cooker). Self checkin using lockbox (combination sent to guests). Enter Apt building from Main St. and go upstairs to cozy, cute 2 BR/1BA Apt with updated decor. There's a Chiropractor and Ins company on either side of the Apt building. Across the street is Princeville Tap and Princeville Athletic Center (Exercise Equip, etc. can pay a small fee for use). LG Center (more exercise equip) is down the street near the Wash Tub Laundromat. There's a yummy bakery called Frosted & Stomping Ground Ice Cream Shop a block away. Also an excellent restaurant, 'The Feed Store,' is nearby the Apt. Entire Apartment has guest access. There will be a lockbox hanging on the door handle. The combination will be texted to you prior to your arrival and the key to open the door is found inside the lockbox. We will be available through text message during your entire stay. There is a guest guidebook available on the counter (can also view on this site) with good places to eat and things to do. (The city of Peoria is 25 min away). In Princeville check out: Stevens Square, Troutman Park, Wash Tub Laundromat, The Feed Store Restaurant, Frosted Bakery, Stomping Ground Ice Cream Shop, Princeville Tap, Lillie Evans Library, Doitbest Hardware, Dollar General, Casey's, Rock Island Trail, Princeville Athletic Center, Aquatic Center (seasonal swimming pool), LG Fitness, & local churches. Most of these are within walking distance. There is a good walking/hiking route on the Rock Island Trail which runs right through Princeville. Also Troutman Park has nice playground equipment and baseball diamonds for kids to use. Princeville is a quaint, small, quiet town. Main St. is in the center of town. There are 2 Parks (Stevens Park - gazebo, Troutman Park - playground equipment), Laundromat, Ice Cream shop, Bakery, Restaurant, Bar, Photography Shop, Chiropractor, Dr office, Post Office, Dollar General, Casey's, Hardware Store, and Beauty Salon nearby the Apt. There are 4 churches in town (Apostolic Christian, Baptist, Catholic, & Protestant).
