Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood you have the whole house with multiple outside areas and an off-street, lit parking spot. Great for a family or a couple! Guests receive a manual made by the third generation owner that will guide you through the city and state bite by bite and sight by sight. The space The house sits in the middle of Sunnyside, one of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver, there are numerous, microbreweries, restaurants, coffee shops, cultural venues, sports stadiums, etc within walking distance or just a short drive or Lyft/Uber ride away. Guests get a link to an online guidebook curated by the Colorado native owner with dozens of different personal recommendations for what to see, eat, watch and do in Denver and across Colorado. All the places and experiences mentioned in the guidebook have been added to a layered and color-coded custom Gaagle (airbnb will not allow the search giants name to be used...) map making choosing and getting to everything simple. Choose, click, go. This Victorian-era bungalow has been recently remodeled to be both beautiful, clean and comfortable with an eye for modern design while retaining some of its turn-of-the-century charms. Elements of its 130-year-old history were kept in place while updates like big, new efficient windows, black-out curtains in the bedrooms, new flooring, new mattresses, and more were installed specifically with your comfort in mind. All the art in the house is original, much of it produced or based on Colorado. The house comfortably sleeps four on a king, queen beds with new matresses. The master bedroom has a new king bed and features the original turn of the century wallpaper. A new queen bed is in the space room and like the master has plenty of closet space for your things. The office has a couch and both standing and sitting desks for working from home. Landry machines are stacked and behind a curtain in the office. The kitchen features modern appliances and everything you need to create a home-cooked meal. Exposed bricks in the kitchen were made from the rocks of the Rocky Mountain foothills 130years ago making a connection to Colorado’s natural beauty. Two outdoor living areas let you take advantage of Denver's typically mild climate. The large back patio has several outdoor seating areas; a sectional couch, cafe table set, and picnic table while the front porch has two spots to relax with a meal or morning coffee. Lighted off-street parking for one vehicle is provided in the back of the house. No tobacco smoke in the house, please read the rules in the house manual. Marijuana consumption is fine indoors or out provided the rules in the guide are followed. Guest access Guests have the entire home to themselves, including a private lit off-street parking spot, front and back patio, and all kitchen appliances. The only things off-limits to guests are the basement, basement stairs, and detached garage.
