Comforters washed between guests. Pillows spotless or new. Library quiet, except when you are running the movie theater. Everything is newly installed. I have loved playing tour guide all of my life. I have an electric car charging station inside the garage. You are welcome, with a week notice, to use it and park inside the garage for $20/night, paid upon arrival. Please simply clean up after yourself and treat the home as you would treat your own and would want your own treated by your guests. Guest access Your entire stay and suite are private, but I'm here when you need me. The backyard has seating, grill and firepit; a .67 mile walking/jogging/biking path around the lake is accessible through path diagonally across the street. Playgrounds, tennis courts, swimming pool ($3pp) and basketball courts are within walking distance. Parking space is reserved for you in the driveway, and additional street parking in front of the house. Your private entrance is in the backyard via lighted paver path. If you have mobility issues, or if there is winter or wet weather you may enter through the main entrance. Just let me know so that I can send you a code. Other things to note EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: Check in is a 5 p.m. and check out is at noon. Early prepaid check in and late prepaid check out may be possible depending on cleaning company schedule. $10/hr.. SANITIZING & CLEANING: The trash service comes Tuesdays and Fridays, early morning. Recycling comes Friday early morning as well. You have your own private trash and recycle cans that you pass along path to your entrance. If you are staying more than one week, please pull your cans to the curb either Monday/Thursday after sunset, or the following mornings before 7:30 am.
