Non Smoking home. 8 min drive: Yum!Center/Convention Center/Bourbon distilleries/ restaurants You enter in to the living room, there is a shoe shelf and coat hook to your left and a coat closet to the right. There is an accent chair and sofa, 3 coffee tables, a tv console and tv. We provide a wireless phone charger, games, books and magazines. The 1/2 bath with sink vanity, mirror and toilet is located off the living room. You'll go down a hall (that has a wall sconce light, windows and a sitting bench), that will lead you to a bedroom. This bedroom has a closet where we keep the highchair and fan. There is a night stand with drawers, a dresser with 4 drawers, a bench for sitting and storage, along with a lamp(with shelves) and queen size bed. We also have a blanket/towel rack and door hooks in this room for hanging items. The thermostat is located on the wall to the right as you enter this room. At the end of the hall you'll enter into the dining room where there is an expandable table. There are two chairs, 2 stools and a bench for seating. The extra table leaves are in the kitchen closet. There is a door that exits to a small porch area (there is a chair outside), you can take this path to the gate that leads to the front of the house. The green trash can is located out here as well. Back in the kitchen there is a peninsula with 2 bar stools and this has pendant lights hanging above it. We keep a salt and pepper shaker on the counter along with printed check in and check out instructions. Across from the peninsula we have a counter where the coffee maker lives. Above this counter is a set of cabinets that has coffee and sugar, mugs, cups and misc glassware. In the drawers below we have a traditional "junk drawer" with misc useful items, office supplies, can open, wine opener, seasonings and spices. Below the drawers are pots / pans and lids. Next to this counter / cabinets is the fridge /freezer and next to it is another set of cabinets and the counter with the microwave and toaster on it. The above cabinets have plates, bowls, small dishes, and a water pitcher. The below cabinets have mixing bowls, strainers, muffin and baking pans. The kitchen closet is near here, where the trash can stays, a broom and dustpan, grocery bags and the dining room table leaves. Alongside the other wall is the counter and sink, where we keep kitchen towels, papertowels, dish soap and a sponge. The 4 burner gas stove is next to the sink area with a hood over top of it. The oven is below and has two racks. In the cupboard to the left of the stove we keep oven mitts, baking pans and some cooking oils and other spices. There is a door that leads to the backyward on the back wall of the kitchen. It is fenced in with a privacy fence, there is a patio table and chairs outside on the brick patio. Before you reach the kitchen, you can head into the primary bedroom. The queen size bed is against one wall, and it has 2 night stand tables with small lamps near by. There is a dresser with 4 drawers on the other wall. There is a closet with hangers and an iron and ironing board in this room as well. You enter into the bathroom through the bedroom. There is a closet area to the right once you are in the bathroom, it has shelves for towels, wash clothes, hand towels, a clothes steamer and space to store your bath room items. There is a bath tub / shower combo with a shower curtain. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a toilet and a toilet paper holder as well as a toilet bowl cleaner near by. There is a sink and vanity with a mirror and lights above it. The vanity has extra toilet paper, a hair dryer and misc bathroom items you might need. There is a trash can and we provide bath floor mats /rug. You will have access to the entire house. We live near by and are happy to assist throughout the stay and offer recommendations for dining and entertainment. small, historic downtown neighborhood near parks, local dining, shops and the Ohio river Let host know if you'd like to borrow some bikes, near by are also electric scooters to rent (Bird). Uber/Lyft easy to access . This is a non-smoking home and we will charge a $250 cleaning fee if anyone smokes in side. We have a lovely porch and patio if guests would like to smoke outside, we just ask you clean up after your self please.
