Parker’s Point is where bay enthusiasts will feel at home. In our family since 1969, it has been a place of laughter, love, and leisure. An unforgettable place to bring your family and friends to experience everything LBI has to offer. The upstairs apartment is all for you personal use. The rental has two bedrooms, one bathroom, dining area, living space, and large deck overlooking the bay! The upstairs apartment makes you feel like you are floating over the water with beautiful bay views. The kitchen is equipped with everything a chef may need and plenty of plates if you prefer takeout. There is an microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. A comfortable living room has a flat screen TV, Cable, Netflix, DVD player and WiFi. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper. Two bedrooms each offer views of they bay. One bedroom has a queen bed and sleeper sofa, which is good for children. The second bedroom has two twin beds. A washer and dryer is downstairs in the garage and is available for use. Our beaches on ‪22nd Street‬ are pristine and are walking distance to the Spray Beach Hotel, where guests have been known to take a break from the sun and walk over to their beach bar to grab some food and a cocktail. Our street is a surfing beach so bring your board! Four beach badges are included. You can rinse off in the outside shower when you return. Back at the point, easy bay access from the dock, allows you to explore Barnegat Bay. You can crab off the side for fresh blue claws or take a kayak out to discover the bay area. A fire pit is located at the point for joint use. Enjoy crab feasts on the deck while listening to the lapping water. There is nothing like watching the sun set, over the bay, creating the illusion of a million diamonds dancing on water. We are all about families enjoying our home as we have for decades! We will always do what we can to make your stay comfortable. Bay dreamers, welcome to paradise. Guests have the whole upstairs apartment and deck. During the week, upon request, you can utilize the downstairs deck. A shared washer and dryer is in the garage. Guests may also use the outside shower which is is also used by the downstairs unit. Contact us anytime with any questions you may have! We are located in Spray Beach, which is just outside the heart of all the action in Beach Haven! It is a family oriented community and we ask that our guests are respectful of that. Since we are so close to so many attractions, we recommend biking! Renters may borrow bikes per request and take a short ride to the heart of the Queen City. While in Beach Haven you can check out Bay Village, exquisite dining, and endless entertainment. Fantasy Island and Thundering Surf Water Park are perfect for the kids and adults that are young at heart. There is also a trolly that goes up and down the island for a small fee. Renters have one parking spot and then street parking. This is a seasonal rental and we do not have heat. Guests who rent specifically May, September and October, when temperatures are cooler, must keep that in mind. Space heaters are available and since it’s typically mild on LBI guests are usually comfortable.
