The Escalante Tent at Basecamp 37° has a king-size bed and a full size futon. Basecamp 37° has shared facilities: 2 indoor washrooms, a half bath, two indoor kitchens, an outdoor kitchen, a propane grill, BYOBar, tv's to stay connected, and a fire pit with s' mores fixin's. Glampers have ample privacy and remain connected with wifi and solar power. Vehicles park adjacent to each tent. Located just 8 miles from Kanab, UT but far removed from the crowded parks. Our camp is "at the end of the road" with expansive views of the desert landscape. Access is easy, delivering you just far enough away from the sights and sounds of Kanab. BaseCamp 37° has a only 5 tents on our 10 acre property, and borders public lands on 3 sides. Relax and unwind in the great outdoors! In addition to the private tents, glampers will have access to the Guest Lodge which has two baths with showers and flush toilets as well as a half bath. There are two indoor kitchens and hang-out spaces for bad weather days. Outdoors, there are several grills, a fire pit (wood provided), and a food prep and bar area, a plunge pool (seasonal, not heated), corn hole, hammocks, and plenty of other options to relax and swap stories about the day's adventures with other travelers.
