This home is located 3 blocks walking distance from downtown Marquette and less than 1 mile from beautiful Lake Superior. Garage space available upon request. Guests access and use the entire home. First floor includes: kitchen, living room, dining room, half-bath/laundry, office, and front porch. Second floor includes: four bedrooms, full-bathroom, back-deck with stair access to fenced-in backyard. Two doors in the home are locked and are not accessible for guests- door leading to the storage basement and door leading to the attic. I am available via Airbnb messenger for questions, concerns, and assistance. The day of check-in, guests will receive check-in instructions via Airbnb messenger. Within a three-block radius is the location of the local Food Co-Op, multiple gas stations, convenience stores, and downtown shops. Many of Marquette’s best restaurants are under 1 mile from the location of the home. A spacious park called Harlow Park is located 4 blocks from the home. Lake Superior access at the Lower Harbor (park and marina) is located ~1 mile from the property. The house is within walking distance to many of Marquette’s attractions. The driveway is suitable to fit three cars. In the summer, there is parking available on the street in front of the home. After November 1st, a Winter Parking Ban goes into effect for Marquette City. At that time, vehicles may not park on the street over night.
