This is a 2nd floor ski in/ski out unit in building one with an elevator access and pool. and one large room with a day bed with a trundle underneath and an optional single futon mattress. The unit can sleep 5 guests in total(futon cushion). The room has a TV and Blu-ray/DVD player with cable TV and WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped with a new stove/range and the dining table seats 4. At the complex there is a covered/heated pool and hot tub, a fitness room, public lounge area, saunas, coin-op laundry, kitchen off the lobby, and more! Upon check out if dirty dishes,any garbage is left, or stained towels (we provide makeup removal wipes), you will forfeit $20 per infraction to be paid additionally to the housekeepers This unit is located in the 2nd floor (with elevator) of Brian Head's premier condominium project called Copper Chase. Copper Chase has a huge solarium pool complex with Jacuzzi, (must have and wear wristband for a limit of 5 guests for pool and jacuzzi only (and a $25 lost or stolen fee if not left in the condo upon checkout). Also a fitness center, separate male/female locker rooms with showers & saunas. There are multiple BBQ's on the deck adjacent to the deck and expansive grounds that backup to the Navajo ski slopes. We have a 23 car indoor heated garage and outdoor parking for motor homes, trailers and over-sized vehicles. Hiking, bicycle and skiing areas can all be accessed directly from the Copper Chase property. Our easy check-in provides you with a lock code so you can check-in and access the property at your own will. There are on-site managers if you have any problems - though we're also available by phone/text/email 24x7. Brian Head is right next door to the Cedar Breaks National Monument and about an hour and 20-minute drive from Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Brian Head is only 20 minutes from Parowan, the County Seat, which is the gateway to the world famous Petroglyphs at the Parowan Gap. Brian Head is also just 40 minutes from Cedar City, the home of the yearly Utah Shakespeare festival, and makes a great place to stay when enjoying this wonderful event. There is a 14.7% state/city lodging tax that is included in the posted rates. The futon mattress for the 5th person is located in the closet along with softer pillows and a blanket. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING NO ANIMAL PROPERTY No animals are allowed on the property or this rental unit. Bringing an animal to this property will result of the forfeiture of your entire damage deposit as well as significant additional cleaning cost of $250.
