Most stores are within a 10-15-minute drive, and we are located minutes from Route 80. We have a Keurig machine, but we are not providing K-Cup. ***The community charges a late registration fee if you book less than three days before check-in or submit paperwork late. ***Community Pool(Memorial Day to Labor Day): 12 passes for the community pool are included in this booking. The community has a right to close the pools due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, such as a lack of lifeguards. We do not have control over that, although if we are aware of any issues, we immediately communicate them to our guests. (if a seasonal pass is lost cost of replacement is $75) ***House is restricted to 12 people for short-term rental by license, and parking is limited to 6 cars.
