There are three bedrooms and four beds. The kid's bedroom is a bunk bed with a twin over full, with a selection of children's books. The second bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. A foldable pack-and-play is provided in the master bedroom. All bedrooms are on the main level. The main full bathroom is on the main level as well. The laundry (washer and dryer) are in the basement down a flight of stairs. There is a second full bathroom in the basement as well. The living room room has a large smart TV with basic cable, ceiling fan, recliner, couch, and accent chair. There is an assortment of board games and puzzles in the closet. The kitchen is equipped with a full stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee makers (drip and French press), cooking pans, baking sheets, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Coffee and tea will be provided, along with popcorn. There is a washer and dryer onsite. Laundry is in the basement down a flight of stairs. An iron and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer are provided as well. Guests will have access to the entire space. The door locks are electronic for self-checkin. We live nearby and can be available if anything comes up, but the entire space is available to guests with self-checkin so we don't impede on your family time. Quiet neighborhood, located at the end of the subdivision. Minutes away from the Ark Encounter. This is an older neighborhood, and houses can feel a little close to each other. There are also young kids who play outside and in the street, so drive cautiously. Pets are not allowed. The driveway has space for two vehicles. The yard is open to explore but is on a hill so adventure carefully.
