We are happy to share it with you, but PLEASE be aware we DO NOT sanitize our house for guests. Our pictures are on the wall, some of our clothes storied in the house and food in the pantry. When we use our home, we want it to still feel like our home. In addition- My retired Marine built a custom bar. You may use his bar but the alcohol is for DISPLAY only. It will be unopened or have a lock top on it. Any alcohol tampered with will result in a charge to the guest. He has a LOT of marine memorabilia, including his dress blues and metals. PLEASE look but do not touch. Thank you in advance! We had a minor water leak resulting in some cosmetic paint repair on the second floor that is in process. The hot and cold water are reversed in the master shower. We have rented for years to friends and family and have 100% positive feedback. Please message me with questions! Thanks! Family friendly! Has the Jimmy Buffet vibe. Folks cruise the canals at night playing music and waving at neighbors. Streets are quiet with the occasional jogger, golf cart or biker. Dog friendly! Very PG rated area. We have a very active Neighborhood Watch, led by our neighbor who works for Surf City Police. Not much happens that goes unnoticed, so you will be very safe. Our neighbors across the canal live there full time and keep a close watch for us. The canal community is very family oriented and close knit. Bring a golf cart- bike- jog or walk! Lots of parking for cars as well. All within walking distance: Ocean, park, convenient store, arcade, arts & crafts, tacos, 2 bars and the famous Trailer Bar! We provide kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy during your stay
