The "Gateway to the Grand Canyon" and the location for the Grand Canyon Railway. We are a 54 mile drive to the Grand Canyon and prepared for any season! Bring your friends and family members to experience the outdoors in style at our Boutique Glamping Resort. This is a 1 Queen Bedroom, 1 Sofa Bed, and 2 Twins LOFT unit. There is 1 Large Bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. ** Please note we are on city sewer, city water, and city electric. This unit has heating, air conditioning, a fireplace inside, and a full working kitchen with a fabulous island! Your home away from home. This unit has a Smart TV, deck, chairs, a grill, and a fire pit. This unit is dog friendly. We do have a dog fee of $20, per dog, per day. Maximum dogs allowed is 2. No other animals are allowed. We are a Grand Canyon RV Glamping site with 46 bookable campers altogether. Each unit is booked separately. If this unit is booked or you need multiple units, we will have others options available. What is RV Glamping? It’s a unique travel experience that combines camping and comfort in a luxurious RV suite, with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-end hotel. You can enjoy a rustic atmosphere, while sleeping in a comfortable bed and cooking in a full-sized kitchen. Please message us for more details! We are happy to hear from you! Guests will pick up a key at our main office. They can also request a self check-in lock box option if they prefer. Please note that you will be charged up to $350.00 for an extra dog cleaning fee for any damage caused by the dog(s) (feces, urine, vomit, ripped couches/beds, scratched flooring, & any excessive damage). All dog owners must sign a dog waiver upon arrival. Dogs must be leashed at all times & please pick up after your dog(s) during your stay. Cats and other animals (besides dogs) are not permitted on property. *Please note that this fee can be paid through Airbnb resolution department or with our front office at Grand Canyon RV Glamping/Canyon Gateway RV Park. We do not allow EV (electrical charging) at any time. There will be a $350 fine for all guests who use the electrical plugs as charging stations. We are not set up for EV charging.
