We will not be making refund exceptions outside of our cancellation policy. -Must sign rental agreement upon booking and submit government-issued ID. -Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen trash can liners, bar of hand soaps, package of shampoo/conditioner, toilet papers, bathroom trash liners and laundry pods. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items. - Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. Message host the breed and pounds. $100 separate one time pet fee for up to 2 dogs. No pets will be considered unless housebroken. -NO RV or Trailer parking.
