Privacy or together-you choose :) You'll love mountain views from the front porch. Welcome, friends! Each themed bedroom has night stands, luggage rack and closet. Bathrooms are two upstairs and two downstairs. On the half acre property you can enjoy the fire pit, enormous deck with seating, another patio seating area, and lovely views of the sunrise and sunset (depending on where you are). You will love it here! Parking is plentiful. You have easy access to ski slopes in the Salt Lake area as well as in Utah County. But winter is only the tip of the iceberg (pun intended!). Utah has every imaginable fun activity, from fishing to forests, from golfing to ghost towns, hiking to hot tubbing. Enjoy making s'mores at night in the fire pit or warm up in the spa in the evenings. We have two 75" televisions for your viewing pleasure, one upstairs and one down. We are just a few minutes away, so let us know if you have any questions or if you need help with a problem. Our intention is to provide a wonderful experience. Enjoy fabulous mountain views from the front porch and sunsets from the deck as you and your family/friends soak in the hot tub. Walk across the street to engage in a game of golf, or play pickleball. Just four houses up the road to a magnificent park, complete with entertainment, playgrounds, and covered picnic facilities. You'll have complete access to the fully fenced half acre lot. Just a few minutes to great restaurants, grocery stores, and pretty much everything you could want in a homey, safe neighborhood. You have parking onsite for at least four vehicles, more if needed. The gas station is up the street, park within walking distance (think pickleball and tennis!), picnics and playgrounds, minutes away from yummy eateries, only 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City or half an hour from Provo. Freeway is five minutes away. You will love the large yard! Your furry family members are welcome! They must be leashed, and must go with you when you leave the house. In the evenings, if you are enjoying the outdoors (hot tub, deck, fire pit), please make sure you respect the quiet hours (no music or loud partying, conversations) by being inside from 10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Also if you bring your furry family, please make sure to clean up after them.
