The house is relatively quiet as is the neighborhood. This is on Ground Level so you have to walk up one flight of stairs to use the kitchen. Lots of closet space as well. Prefer long term stays. Coffee is automatically on at 6 am :) Please take off your shoes at the door :) There is no smoking in or on this property. No open flames of any kind . No parties allowed. No overnight guests that are not on the original reservation. We are happy to answer all requests. In general the house is active from 6am on and usually gets quiet around 9pm. The Wifi is the best available RCN and can work outside on the patio as well:)
