This cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath historic house features a prime location - within walking distance from downtown and the University of Idaho campus. Don't feel like going out? This home has a backyard with a concrete patio, seasonal yard, and a fire pit to entertain. Need to house your furry best friend? The backyard is complete with an indoor/outdoor kennel and our home is pet friendly. If you want to enjoy all Moscow has to offer, this home is in the perfect location! Our home is a 1912 single level historic house that includes all the charm that comes with being over 100 years old. To emphasize - the home is over 100 years old! Rooms are typical size for the age of the house and the house is a total of 700sq ft. It includes an updated bathroom with a full shower and bath. You will have full and complete access to the house and the backyard. There is a shed near the back of the alley that we will keep locked. I am available but will not be on site. I understand and respect your privacy. Downtown to restaurants, coffee, breweries, bars, etc. is all within walking distance (about 2 minutes). Are you visiting a child or friend at the University? We are 3 minutes walk from the edge of campus and about 10 to the center. We also have a park on our street with play areas for children and grass areas for pets. We have one private gravel parking spot in back. There is also street parking right in front of the house. If you need anything at all please do not hesitate to reach out! Our property is non smoking, there will be a minimum $200 fine for additional cleaning if odor or other evidence of any kind of smoking is present. Please be sure to pick up after your dogs! There is an additional cleaning fee of $10/doggie pile (poop) that needs to be picked up. We will provide doggie bags for your convenience!
