Welcome to the Lincoln House! Located right down town Lincoln NH offers easy access and off street parking. Our home is fully equipped for 4 persons, and you should find everything you need on site! We have two bedrooms with queen beds, living space, and full kitchen you'll have access to! You're walkable to several shops, entertainment, dining, day spa etc. You have access to the whole home during your stay. Downstairs features an open concept living/kitchen/dining area with breakfast bar. And a full bath (w/tub) & Laundry. Iron board is in the laundry room if you need it during your stay. Upstairs we have two bedrooms both with queen beds, and a loft area set up as a workspace. There's a 3/4 bath with a stand up shower on this level as well. Please be mindful of keeping the shower curtain inside the shower, much appreciated! There is an access code which you'll be sent prior to your stay, and we have parking for two vehicles in the driveway. You're down town, so you have shops on both side, and in the front. There is a garden center in the front of this property. Ski shop and Day spa on each side of the property. Can also walk to places like White Mountain Bagel, or Dunkin Donuts, McDonalds etc. The property is located right on the corner of West St & Main St. You will see Green Acre Garden Center in the front. This business operates seasonally. Adjacent is Lahout's Sports Shop, and a day spa on the other side! You're right downtown in Lincoln, and are able to walk to several gas stations, shops, White Mountain Bagel, Rite Aid, Dunkin Donuts, etc. There is a tax is service locally, although it is advisable to have personal transportation Please we ask no smoking or pets on premise due to allergies.
