Since we are in a rural desert and although we keep the houses with regular pest control, it's still inevitable to have some dwelling insects and bugs, especially in the warm/hot weather seasons (truthfully we are in "their" home)! Keep the screen door closed at all times and be mindful not to leave food out. Master bedroom: King-size bed. 2nd bedroom: Two twin-size beds. Additional 4-inch full-size tri-fold floor mattress for children or extra guests. *A Pack-N-Play will always be in the house for you to use if needed, just bring your own baby bedding for a Graco Pack-N-Play.* Laundry room: Located to the left side of the front door. You will have complete privacy, but feel free to contact us if you need anything or just want to chat during your stay. =) We are about a 30-minute drive to Front Sight, a 50-minute drive to Death Valley and approximately 70 mins to Las Vegas Strip. A quick 12-15 mins drive to all major grocery stores, shops, fast food, casinos and restaurants. * Pets are welcome. Only 1 pet is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $50 per stay. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture, if EXCESSIVE pet hair/stains are found on couches and beddings, a deep cleaning and hair removal fee of $150 will be charged to your credit card.
