Downstairs is the larger bedroom with a comfortable king bed. Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Two rooms have queen beds the fourth hosts a Queen bed with twin over for the kids. Never to exceed 12 adults in larger homes. Nighttime occupancy limits begin at 9:00 PM. Daytime occupancy is defined as one and a half times the maximum number of occupants allowed to stay overnight at the unit, excluding children under 12. You will have total privacy, but we are available to assist you 24 hours/day if needed. You can contact our office after you make the booking if you want to avoid the damage waiver and we will replace it with a $1,000 security deposit. Parking is not allowed on the street from Nov 1 - May 1 so you will want to carpool accordingly.
